Attorney During Listing Action Plan – Got the Listing
We got the listing! The Attorney During Listing Action Plan shows the emails that I send to the probate attorney and when I send them, so I can let the attorney know the status of the probate real estate transaction during the listing period. First of all I begin by letting the attorney know that their client has chosen my company to sell the probate property, then I schedule regular touch points to keep the attorney informed of our progress during the preparation, marketing and sale of the estate house. As a result this keeps the attorney informed, lets them know how hard I’m working for their client, and it continues to keep my name in front of the attorney.
