Probate Letters and Emails – The Expert in Probate Real Estate
In order to show the probate real estate representative that I am the expert in probate real estate, I send the following correspondences to the representative when I am following my different Action Plans. My first goal is to gain the trust of the representative that I can do the very best job of selling their probate real estate. Then I want to get that all important face-to-face meeting where I can close the deal. Then when I have the probate listing I continue to send very specific emails to keep the representative informed throughout the progress of the transaction.
“Estate Action Plan” Letters, Emails and Calls – Introduce Yourself
My Estate Action Plan calls for very specific correspondences with the potential probate client. I reach out to the probate personal representative on an established schedule. I keep my name in front of the personal representative and at the same time I am introducing myself.
“Prior to 90 Minute Consultation Action Plan” Video for Representative
The Prior to 90 Minute Consultation Action Plan calls for this email and short video. I send these to the personal representative to let them know what to expect from our upcoming meeting.
“Estate During Listing Action Plan” Email – Ask for Feedback
The email I send to the probate representative during listing is a great way to get feedback. I send this at a specific time in the plan.
“After Acceptance Action Plan” Emails – Keep the Representative Informed
My After Acceptance Action Plan schedules these emails to make sure the personal representative knows the status of the probate transaction.
